We are looking for an experienced Co-Listing Agent or Short-Term Rental Specialist to provide professional support with property listing preparation, optimization, and day-to-day coordination.
This is a freelance project focused on improving and supporting short-term rental listings. We are looking for someone organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and familiar with vacation rentals or property listings.
Responsibilities
Review existing property listing information and identify areas for improvement.
Improve listing titles, descriptions, amenities, and other guest-facing information.

Help organize property information, house rules, check-in information, and guest-facing instructions.
