Short-Form Video (IG and TikTok) Content Editor on CapCut

I need a short-form video editor to transform my vertical footage (9:16) into scroll-stopping videos on Instagram and TikTok that drive my target audience to follow me, save my content to watch again later, share with friends, and attract potential brands to want to collaborate with me. Every video should feel 60 % relatable and 40 % aspirational using strong hooks in the first seconds, fast cuts, retention editing techniques, and storytelling to keep the audience engaged. My on-camera personality is calm, warm, and lower-energy. The edits should complement that voice, not fight against it, meaning the pacing should feel intentional and polished rather than chaotic or overstimulating. Think "smooth and satisfying to watch," not "hyperactive meme edit."

The footage will cover:
• Lifestyle and daily routines
• UGC (user-generated content)
• Travel vlogs

You’ll receive raw videos, a rough story outline, and reference examples. Your role is to trim, sequence, using effective transitions/zoom in/out, choose trending background audio, and export polished .mp4 files in the correct aspect ratio. Please include the original CapCut project so I can adjust later if needed.
