I am ready to commission a complete, web-based management suite for a multi-store shopping mall. The project must cover two distinct areas:

1. A mall-level administration panel that tracks tenants, leases, foot-traffic analytics, promotions, and finance.
2. A store-level back office where each retailer can handle day-to-day tasks such as product catalogues, inventory, staff rosters, and sales reporting.

Every screen has already been drafted; page 3 of the attachment contains the reference mock-ups that must be followed pixel-for-pixel while remaining fully responsive for desktop and large-tablet browsers.

Key scope elements
• Build a single-page web application that communicates with a secure REST (or GraphQL) API.
• Design and implement the database schema, access layer, and business logic for tenants, POS feeds, billing, workforce management, and alerting.
• Role-based access for mall management, individual store owners, and store staff, each with tailored permissions.
• Real-time dashboards for inventory levels, sales analytics, and lease renewals, plus a content area so administrators can publish news and digital-signage playlists without touching code.

Technology expectations
I am open to popular stacks such as React or Vue with Node.js, Laravel, or ASP.NET Core—as long as the code is modular, clearly commented, and delivered through Git. Please list any third-party libraries you intend to integrate (charts, authentication, UI kits).

Acceptance criteria
• All pages replicate the supplied design guide exactly.
