Shopify Catalog Expert: Migrate & Optimize 100 Products with Color Variations, Tagging & SEO Assets - manual adding

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Shopify product data specialist to migrate and upload 100 products from a vendor website into our Shopify store.

This is a precision-driven task. We need clean, flawless execution—no broken layouts, missing images, or messy tags.

Scope of Work:
Product Data Migration: Copy titles, descriptions, and specifications accurately from the source vendor website.

Variants Management: Properly set up product variants (specifically color variations and size options where applicable).

Image Management & Tagging:

Download and compress all product images (maintain high quality, ensure clean white or transparent backgrounds where applicable).

Every single image must be properly tagged with descriptive Alt Text for SEO.

Clean Formatting: Format product descriptions cleanly using bullet points for technical specs (e.g., canopy size, material, windproof rating).

Collection & Tag Assignment: Assign products to the correct collections and tag them meticulously for filtering (e.g., Color: Blue, Style: Folding, Type: Golf Umbrella).

Requirements to Apply:
Proven experience managing Shopify product catalogs and bulk imports/manual uploads.

Extreme attention to detail (spelling, pricing, variant matching must match the vendor source perfectly).

Ability to start immediately and complete the project within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 3 to 5 days].

How to Apply:
Please include the phrase "Clean Catalog" at the top of your proposal so I know you read the brief. Also, share a brief example of a Shopify store you’ve populated or managed in the past.
