Shopify Broadcast Hero Layout

I need a quick layout tweak to my Shopify store, which is running on the Broadcast theme. The goal is simple: replicate the first fold of https://made-in.org/craft-techniques/block-printing so that two images sit side-by-side with a full-width banner directly beneath them. The entire trio must be visible above the fold on every device without any scrolling or image cropping, and it has to render flawlessly across all modern browsers.

You’ll be working by modifying the existing Broadcast theme (no complete rebuild needed). Liquid, CSS (preferably SCSS), and responsive techniques should be all that’s required. I’ll supply the three final images; you wire them up, ensure proper lazy-loading and alt tags, and keep the theme’s speed scores intact.

Because this is a time-sensitive change, I need the finished section delivered within 12 hours of project acceptance. Please share a brief outline of how you’ll handle responsive breakpoints and cross-browser testing, and I’ll grant theme access right away.

Acceptance criteria:
• Section replicates the reference layout exactly.
• No horizontal or vertical scroll appears on any viewport for the first fold.
• Images retain full resolution with zero auto-cropping.
• Works flawlessly on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and mobile browsers.
• All edits confined to theme duplicate or proper section file, documented for rollback.
