Sharepoint & Power Automate Architect

I run a boutique accounting and advisory firm managing recurring client work across bookkeeping, CFO advisory, tax, compliance, and payroll. I am building a single operations platform in Microsoft 365 to run the entire client lifecycle from one environment.

The data architecture is designed, documented, and built. Some operating data is loaded. I need an experienced Power Platform builder to pressure test the foundation, bring ideas I have not considered, and build the automation, reporting, and interface layers to production quality.

The SharePoint environment is live. Core lists, reusable site columns, content types with Document Set behavior, and document libraries are all built and populated. Roughly half of a documented build sequence is complete. The remaining work is automation, reporting, interface, and integration.

Who I am looking for:

• Deep Power Automate experience: error handling, concurrency, throttling, service account ownership
• Strong SharePoint Online information architecture: content types, site columns, Document Sets, view formatting
• Power BI modeling and report design
• Willing to tell me where my architecture breaks at scale and propose something betterr
• Professional services or accounting experience is a plus
