SharePoint Intranet Setup & Collaboration -- 2

I’m ready to stand up a new SharePoint intranet site focused on streamlined document management while still giving the team room to collaborate. Here’s what I need you to handle:

• Build the site structure in SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365 tenant is already active).
• Configure document libraries, versioning, and metadata so files are easy to store and retrieve.
• Add collaboration spaces: Discussion boards for team dialogue, a Task management list that ties into Planner, and a simple File sharing area for quick drops.
• Set up role-based permissions—different access levels for admins, managers, and general staff—so sensitive folders stay protected without blocking day-to-day work.
• Apply a clean, branded page layout and navigation that fits within my existing corporate theme.
• Produce a brief hand-off guide or screen-share video so I can maintain content going forward.

I’ll provide branding assets and an initial folder hierarchy on kickoff. Once the site is live and each role logs in with the correct visibility, the project is complete.
