Setup Scrapy or any open source web data scrapping Remotely

My PC runs on Windows and I need someone to jump onto it via AnyDesk and get Scrapy fully installed, configured and tested right away. The goal is to create a working environment that can pull mobile-phone numbers from several European escort sites.

Here is what has to happen:
• Install Python (latest stable), pip and Scrapy, making sure all path variables work.
• Add the extra libraries a phone-number crawler usually needs (regex, requests, lxml, fake-user-agent or similar).
• Demonstrate the install by building a quick sample spider that visits one target site I supply, respects robots.txt settings, rotates user agents/proxies, and exports the scraped numbers to CSV.
• Show me, step-by-step, how to run, pause and tweak the spider so I can extend it myself later. A short text file with the key commands is enough for documentation.

Speed is important—ASAP completion. I already have ChatGPT and Claude accounts; feel free to leverage them for code snippets while you screen-share, but everything must be open-source and reside locally when we finish.
