I am looking for an experienced developer to set up a complete AI-powered website development environment using OpenAI Codex.

The goal is to create a ready-to-use setup where I can simply open Codex, describe the website I want in natural language, and Codex can generate, modify, run, and improve the complete website.

For example, after the setup I should be able to write:
