service Jacuzzi J-400 series bath tub

I am seeking an experienced Jacuzzi/spa technician to inspect, service and recommission an outdoor Jacuzzi spa located in Northbridge NSW

The spa appears to be a Jacuzzi J-400 Series model. It has not been used for approximately three years, although it is still operational. I have never used it since taking over the property and would also like someone to explain how to operate and maintain it correctly.

The required work includes:

* Inspecting the overall condition of the spa
* Checking the pumps, jets, heater, filtration system and control panel
* Checking for leaks, faults or deteriorated components
* Cleaning and sanitising the spa and internal pipework
* Inspecting and cleaning or replacing the filters if required
* Testing the water-heating and circulation systems
* Advising whether any repairs or replacement parts are required
* Refilling and balancing the water, if appropriate
* Showing me how to operate the controls, heating, jets and filtration cycles
* Explaining basic ongoing maintenance, water treatment and how to drain and refill the spa
