I need someone who can jump on the phone, during North-American business hours, and make friendly outbound calls to our existing clients. The sole purpose of each call is a quick service follow-up: confirm the work we’ve done met expectations, note any issues, and, when it makes sense, outline a relevant product or service that could add extra value for them.
You’ll work from a concise call script I provide, note the client’s feedback in our lightweight CRM, flag anything that needs my immediate attention, and record whether a recommendation was accepted, declined, or merits a later check-in.
What matters most is a clear, confident voice in English and the ability to sound helpful rather than salesy. If callers struggle to understand you, this simply won’t work. The initial engagement is short term—just a few hours a day for the next couple of weeks—but our expansion plans could turn this into a steady role for the right person.
Deliverables:
• Daily call log exported from the CRM
• Brief summary of client feedback and any upsell interest
If you have previous phone experience and can start right away, let’s talk.
