I need a fluent Serbian speaker to act as my remote call-center representative. Each day you will handle both inbound enquiries that reach our line and outbound follow-up calls to warm leads I provide. Your main objective is to speak with prospects conversationally, capture key details, and lock in a convenient appointment on the shared calendar.

You will receive a brief product overview, a simple call script, and access to the calendar so you can book confirmed time slots on my behalf. A spreadsheet or light CRM of your choice is fine for logging interactions; I only ask that every call outcome is recorded the same day so I can track progress.

Deliverables
• Daily call log with contact details and outcomes
• Confirmed appointments, entered directly into the shared calendar
• End-of-week summary highlighting common questions or objections
