Serbia Drone Sales Manager Needed

I run a fast-growing drone production company dronsnimanje.rs and I’m ready to expand boldly across Serbia. I’m looking for an ambitious marketing & sales professional who can dive straight into the media, events, tourism and marketing-agency scene, spark interest in our aerial storytelling, and – most importantly – close paid projects.

What you’ll be selling
Our signature packages combine aerial photo & video for marketing campaigns, live event coverage, plus tourism- and hotel-focused promotional films. You’ll have polished showreels, clear rate cards and my production team behind you; your job is to get prospects on board and convert them into signed agreements.

How success is measured
• You identify and qualify new Serbian leads in the target sectors.
• You handle outreach, pitching and negotiation yourself, taking each conversation through to a closed deal.
• You track activity and revenue so we can scale what works.

Structure & support
The role is remote and fully flexible. Compensation is commission-based with no cap; the more business you secure, the more you earn. I’ll supply creative assets, technical backup and fast turnarounds so you can deliver on promises quickly.
