Septic Permit Package Preparation

I have already hand sketched the proposal I need this properly drafted using approved site plan for mobile home and show abandonment on the rear of the property and new install in front of the property, this is just a draftsman's work just replicate and give the document in the format to submit

The County Environmental Health Department will not accept my new seepage pit and septic system until I deliver a complete permit application package. What I still need is the professional drafting, formatting, and polishing of that package so it sails through first review.

Here’s the current status: I already know the exact sizes of the proposed septic tank and seepage pit. Everything else—site plan, narrative, forms—must be put together to county standards.

Deliverables I expect from you
• Scaled site plan showing property lines, structures, utilities, and the proposed tank and pit in their correct setbacks
• Design/report section that explains system capacity, soil data, construction notes, and any calculations the county checklist calls for
• Completed county application form, all combined as a single, print-ready PDF plus the native CAD/Word files

Please follow the formatting conventions typical for a county environmental health submittal (UPC/Title 15 style tables, north arrow, elevations, legend, etc.). Accuracy is essential; missing labels or incorrect dimensions trigger automatic rejection.
