Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator – SEO, Landing Pages & Email Marketing
Remote | 10–15 hours/week initially | Long-term opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator to help execute and improve our digital marketing systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy and execution — someone who can understand a business goal, recommend the right marketing approach, and then implement the required changes.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of digital marketing activities rather than simply wait for instructions.
Our immediate priority is launching a new program, which will involve:
• Creating and optimising a high-converting landing page
• Updating website content and structure
• Setting up an enquiry/enrolment journey
• Creating email campaigns
• Improving website conversion opportunities
Beyond this launch, the role will focus on building a consistent digital marketing system including:
• SEO growth
• Website optimisation
• Email marketing
• Content publishing
• Lead generation systems
This is intended to be a long-term working relationship with the opportunity to increase hours and responsibility as the role develops.

4. Marketing Strategy & Ownership
The most important part of this role is ownership.
We are not looking for someone who simply completes a checklist.
We want someone who can think:
"Given the business goal, what should we do next?"
For example:
If the goal is to increase enquiries, we expect you to consider:
• What keywords should we target?
• What website pages need improvement?
• Do we need a landing page?
• What content should we create?
• Should we run an email campaign?
• What should we test?
• How will we measure success?
You will work closely with the business owner, but you should be comfortable researching, recommending, implementing and reporting independently.
