seo for shiranAI

I would like a proposal for website promotion.
I want to make it clear: given the rise of AI, I am not concerned with the number of articles written or metrics like AR, DR, BR, CR, etc., nor the number of backlinks created.
What I want is a list of keywords—specifically, ones that aren't overly competitive—that will rank at the very top of search results.
Payment will be contingent upon successfully achieving the pre-defined rankings.
Based on Google Israel.
The website focuses on AI—a highly competitive field.
However, all the search terms include a specific first name ("Shiran"), which drastically reduces competition.
The keywords (the vast majority of which are in Hebrew) are:
שירן AI
שירן בינה מלאכותית
שירן הטמעת בינה מלאכותית לעסקים
שירן פיתוח בינה מלאכותית
שירן מפעיל בינה מלאכותית
שירן הפעלת בינה מלאכותית
