My website’s Google visibility isn’t where it should be, and I need a clear, data-driven diagnosis before pouring time or money into random tweaks. The goal is simple: lift organic traffic. What I’m missing is a precise picture of why we aren’t ranking better and a prioritized plan that tells me exactly what to tackle first—whether that turns out to be content gaps, keyword targeting, technical obstacles, or off-page signals.

Here’s how I see the collaboration working:
• Run a full-site audit with the tools you trust (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console data, etc.) and interpret the findings.
• Map issues to impact and effort so I can decide what to implement in-house and what to outsource.
• Provide a concise, step-by-step roadmap—quick wins on top, longer-term fixes next—including any supporting screenshots or crawls that prove the need.

Acceptance criteria: I’ll consider the job complete once I receive a report that clearly identifies root causes of our ranking limitations and an actionable checklist I can start using right away.
