# The Role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to redesign the frontend of the entire BookWithAI platform and improve the associated website pages and Admin Panel.
This is a complex AI product, not a simple website or landing-page design.
We want someone who can combine:
UI/UX + Product Thinking + Human Psychology + Behavioral Design + AI Interaction Design
The goal is to create a professional, modern experience inspired by products such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion, Linear, Apple and Stripe, while developing a unique BookWithAI identity.
---
# Core UX Philosophy
The platform contains a lot of information and functionality, but users should never feel overwhelmed.
The experience should follow:
#Simple at First → Deeper When Needed → Complete When Required#
Show only what is necessary initially, then progressively reveal deeper information as the user explores.
For example:
Simple → Context → Details → Action
A user should not immediately see dozens of filters, buttons, cards, or technical details.
Instead:
* Prioritize the most relevant information.
* Reduce cognitive load and decision fatigue.
* Use progressive disclosure.
* Organize information into logical levels.
* Keep primary actions obvious.
* Allow users to explore deeper when needed.
* Maintain context throughout the journey.
The interface should be simple on the surface but powerful underneath.
---
# Smooth & Synchronized Workflow
The entire platform should feel like one continuous experience, not disconnected screens.
Example:
AI Conversation → Flight Recommendations → Flight Details → Comparison → Seat Selection → Booking → Itinerary → Trip Management
Selections and context should remain synchronized throughout the workflow.
Users should always understand:
1. What am I looking at?
2. What should I do next?
3. Why should I trust this recommendation?
---
