Senior Tech Recruiter Needed

I’m looking for a seasoned recruiter who already has an active ZipRecruiter account and knows how to leverage that platform to attract and engage senior-level talent in the technology space. The immediate goal is to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for several high-impact leadership roles within our engineering organization.

Your day-to-day work will involve crafting compelling job ads, running targeted searches inside ZipRecruiter, screening résumés, and presenting only the most relevant profiles to me along with a brief assessment of each candidate’s fit. Because these are senior positions, I expect an emphasis on depth of experience, proven technical leadership, and cultural fit rather than sheer volume.

To keep things clear, here’s how I will measure success:
• At least five well-qualified, interview-ready candidates per role within the first two weeks.
• Timely status updates so I always know how the search is progressing.
• Clear documentation of outreach efforts and candidate feedback gathered through your screening calls.
