Infor M3 / Infor CloudSuite SCM Healthcare & MENA Focus
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Business Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Infor M3 and Infor
CloudSuite SCM implementations. This is a client-facing, hands-on role spanning requirements gathering, solution design,
configuration, testing, training, and go-live support, with a strong focus on healthcare supply chain operations and Middle
East/North Africa (MENA) markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with client project teams.
• Conduct business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Infor M3 and/or Infor CloudSuite SCM.
• Configure Infor SCM modules and manage master data setup, data mapping, and migration.
• Coordinate integrations between Infor SCM and related enterprise systems.
• Execute functional testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); document results and manage defect resolution.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, configuration/design documentation, test scripts, and training manuals.
• Deliver end-user and project-team training, including on-site training sessions.
• Support go-live activities and provide post-go-live troubleshooting and best-practice recommendations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations and solution scoping.
Product & Functional Scope
Core SCM modules (mandatory): Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement/Purchasing, Warehouse
Management, Order Management, Distribution/Logistics, and MRP/Replenishment.
Preferred: Demand Planning, S&OP, and Forecasting.
What You'll Need
• 7+ years of Supply Chain/ERP consulting and implementation experience.
• 5+ years of relevant Infor experience, ideally across Infor M3 and/or Infor CloudSuite SCM.
• 3+ full-cycle Infor SCM/ERP implementations, including end-to-end project experience (requirements through post-
go-live support).
• Hands-on configuration experience, not solely functional/advisory consulting.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with ERP integrations and data migration (mandatory).
• Healthcare supply chain experience (procurement, inventory, warehouse/materials management, distribution).
Preferred Qualifications
• Middle East/MENA project experience (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
• Infor M3 and/or Infor CloudSuite SCM certification.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs/Web Services, Power BI, and Excel.
• Pre-sales or product demonstration experience.
