### Job Brief

Webgram IT Solution is looking for an experienced SEO Executive / SEO Specialist with strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AIO (AI Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

The candidate must have hands-on experience improving Google rankings, increasing organic traffic, generating qualified leads, and independently managing SEO campaigns.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Technical SEO:** Website audits, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and JavaScript SEO.
- **On-Page SEO:** Keyword research, search intent analysis, meta titles, meta descriptions, heading optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
- **Off-Page SEO:** Quality backlink building, digital PR, guest posting, competitor backlink analysis, and website authority building.
- **Local SEO:** Google Business Profile optimization, Google Maps rankings, local citations, NAP consistency, and location-based SEO.
- **AEO:** Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, FAQs, and conversational search queries.
- **AIO & GEO:** Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, and other generative search platforms.
- **Content SEO:** Develop content strategies, topical clusters, pillar pages, keyword maps, and content calendars.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO tools to measure performance.
- **Competitor Analysis:** Identify keyword gaps, ranking opportunities, and strategies to improve organic visibility.
- **SEO Automation:** Use AI tools and automation workflows to improve research, reporting, and content optimization.

### Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Expertise in technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
- Practical experience with AEO, AIO, and GEO strategies.
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, and structured data.
- Understanding of E-E-A-T, search intent, and topical authority.
- Ability to manage multiple websites and deliver measurable results.

### Candidate Requirements

- 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven results in improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and qualified leads.
- Ability to independently execute SEO strategies from audit to implementation.
