JOIN OUR TEAMAs a Senior SEA Manager, you will take full ownership of the performance, profitability, and day-to-day execution of Westwing's SEA activities across Google, Bing, Criteo, YouTube, and LLM-based advertising. Operating with high independence, you will steer monthly budgets of up to seven figures while acting as a strategic sparring partner to the Team Lead Paid Media on complex, high-visibility projects. This role combines sharp analytical capability with leadership, directly guiding our SEA intern to support wider team growth. This position is permanent and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn the execution and optimisation of performance campaigns across Google, Bing, Criteo, YouTube, and emerging LLM-based advertising platforms
Steer monthly budgets of up to seven figures, focusing on profitability and contribution-margin steering rather than pure top-line metrics
Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Team Lead Paid Media on highly complex operational and strategic initiatives
Lead and mentor the SEA intern, managing their capacity and project allocation to maximise team impact
Drive AI-based automation, bidding setups, and continuous testing roadmaps to unlock incremental channels and growth
Collaborate with Analytics and Tech teams to ensure data excellence, robust conversion tracking, and high-quality product feeds
Deliver insight-driven performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

YOU COME WITH5+ years of hands-on SEA experience with deep expertise in Google Ads, as well as experience with Bing, Criteo, and YouTube
Proven track record of independently managing seven-figure monthly budgets in an e-commerce environment
Strong background in profitability steering, budget planning, internalised bidding, or contribution-margin optimisation
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable channel roadmaps as well as high operational excellence and attention to detail, maintaining flawless account structures and data tracking
Challenger mentality with intrinsic motivation to lead complex projects and proactively introduce AI and automation features
Experience or strong aptitude for guiding, mentoring, or functionally supervising junior team members
Full professional fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
