Main tasks:
Act as a senior SME for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Financial Consolidation
Design and optimize end-to-end consolidation processes based on IFRS and Swiss GAAP
Configure consolidation models, rules, mappings, hierarchies and validation processes
Support financial close, intercompany, ownership, currency translation and reporting processes
Drive migration and transformation from SAP BPC/BCS to SAP Group Reporting
Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, GL, FPSL, BW and other data platforms
Support automation, data quality, testing and AI-driven improvements
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP Product Management and technical teams
Analyze incidents and drive root-cause resolution
Your qualifications:
Multiple years of experience in Consolidation, Financial Reporting and Finance Technology
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, ideally SAP BPC/BCS
Deep understanding of consolidation processes, Group Reporting architecture and Financial Close
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP, ideally FINMA/SNB reporting
Experience with BPC/BCS to SAP Group Reporting migrations and transformations
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration, data models and interfaces
Experience with SAP Reporting, BEx and SAP Analytics Cloud
Knowledge of ABAP, Enhancements, BAdIs, APIs and Interfaces is an advantage
Experience with BW, GL, FPSL, MDG or Data Lake solutions is an advantage
Experience with automation, testing and ideally AI-supported finance processes
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or another highly regulated environment
Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in agile organizations
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field
Fluent English
