Senior Python Developer Needed

Senior Python Developer (Long-Term, Remote)
We're looking for a Senior Python Developer to join us long-term. This is a hands-on engineering role — you'll write production code and review your own work. We're specifically looking for someone who codes without relying on AI to do the thinking for them.
Requirements

5+ years of real, professional Python experience (not tutorial/bootcamp time)
English at C1 level or above — clear written and spoken communication
Able to write and self-review code independently
Mandatory: video interview
Experience in the AI field is a bonus, not required
Nice to have

Experience with [add your stack: FastAPI/Django/Flask, async, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, etc.]
Prior remote, long-term contract experience
Compensation & Terms

Starting at $15+/hour, long-term engagement
Rate can increase based on performance
Remote
Preferred locations: Philippines, Pakistan, Ukraine, Poland
