Senior PDF Production Specialist – High Volume Document Editing

We are hiring a skilled and experienced PDF Production Specialist for a large-volume document editing project.

This is a long-term opportunity with a very large number of PDF documents.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We need someone with strong professional experience in PDF production and graphic editing.

Required experience:

• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• PDF prepress
• Vector and raster graphics
• Technical drawings
• Diagrams and schematics
• Image editing and cleanup
• High-resolution PDF preparation
• Professional document quality control

MAIN TASK:

Selected areas of our authorized PDF documents need to be professionally cleaned and edited.

The remaining content must stay unchanged.

QUALITY REQUIREMENT:

Maintaining the original appearance and quality is extremely important.

The final files should maintain:

• Page dimensions
• Resolution
• Sharpness
• Vector elements where applicable
• Text quality
• Colors
• Technical lines
• Images
• Layout and formatting

Please do not unnecessarily convert high-quality/vector content into low-resolution images.

SAMPLE DOCUMENTS:

We will provide sample PDFs before the project begins.

The freelancer must demonstrate the required editing quality on a small number of samples first.

After approval, the work can be expanded to the full document collection.

HIGH-VOLUME EXPERIENCE:

Because the project contains more than 100,000 documents, freelancers who have experience with batch processing and workflow optimization are preferred.
