Commercial Lines Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated **Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR** to join our growing insurance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, providing excellent service, and being part of a supportive, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has **at least 3 years of experience in the U.S. insurance industry**, preferably in commercial lines. Because this position involves **frequent phone communication with clients, insurance carriers, and other professionals, excellent spoken and written English is required.** Candidates should be confident, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients over the phone throughout the day.

### Responsibilities

* Manage and service commercial insurance accounts
* Communicate regularly with clients and insurance carriers by phone and email
* Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and client requests
* Provide responsive and professional customer service
* Maintain accurate client and policy information
* Help ensure accounts are handled in accordance with insurance regulations and company procedures

### What We’re Looking For

* **3+ years of U.S. insurance industry experience**
* Commercial lines experience
* **Excellent/fluent spoken and written English**
* Strong and professional telephone communication skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
