We're a digital agency looking for a senior Google Ads specialist to take ownership of a growing ecommerce brand. The account runs a hybrid Performance Max and Standard Shopping setup, and we're mid-way through restructuring it for scale: tighter product segmentation, better query control, feed optimisation and a phased budget ramp toward a clear monthly revenue target.

You'll need deep hands-on experience with Shopping and PMax at scale, a strong grasp of feed-led strategy, negative keyword architecture and profit-based bidding, and the ability to communicate clearly and directly with a small team. Direct, technical, ownership-minded people thrive here.
