I need a senior full-stack engineer to join an intensive 10-day sprint to finish and launch Rally, a web-based operating system for college events and nightlife. This is a contractual engagement for 10 days, focused on delivering the MVP.

The product and codebase already exist. This is NOT a build from scratch. You will receive the existing repository, detailed product scope, workflows, UI mockups, and launch priorities.

The work includes completing and connecting the frontend and backend, authentication and user roles, event creation and management, organization dashboards, ticketing and QR check-in, payments, admin functionality, notifications, database integration, mobile responsiveness, bug fixing, testing, and production deployment.

The web platform includes interconnected experiences for:
• Rally administrators
• Fraternities, sororities, and student organizations
• Students and guests
• Production companies and promoters
• Talent-booking agencies
• Venues
• Security and event check-in teams

The web sprint includes completing:
• Authentication, onboarding, permissions, and role-based portals
• Organization and member management
• Event creation, planning, approval, and management
• Venue availability, inquiries, proposals, and booking workflows
• Artist and agency availability, interest, bidding, and booking workflows
• Production-company submissions and distribution to organizations
• Ticket purchasing, bulk allocations, claiming, assignment, and transfers
• Secure QR tickets and scanner-based check-in/check-out
• Live attendance tracking: inside-counts/capacity/door operations
• Payments: platform fees/payouts/webhooks/refunds/payment statuses
• Sober-monitor tables: member rosters/attendance/operational checklists
• Risk/compliance/security/insurance/contract/incident workflows
• Notifications through Rally inbox/email/text where applicable
• Admin review/approvals/reporting/analytics/logs/platform oversight
• Responsive web design across desktop/tablet/mobile browsers
• Database/API integration/bug fixing/testing/production deployment

The launch priority is a stable working end-to-end web platform. After the web system is launched during this sprint period (MVP), Rally will separately build the native mobile app using the same backend/database/user accounts/ticketing/event data.

This is a bootstrapped project. Payment will be made as per the contract after the first revenue is generated upon successful delivery of the MVP.

Technologies currently used must be confirmed directly from the existing repository during the initial audit. PHP & AngularJS are not required technologies despite being listed incorrectly.

Requirements:
- Start immediately & work heavily for 10 consecutive days
- Senior full-stack experience with modern React/JavaScript web development
- Strong backend/database/API experience
- Experience inheriting & finishing existing codebases
- Proven ability shipping real production applications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Daily Git commits & working deployed demo every day
- Overlap with Eastern Time hours
- Must personally perform all work (no subcontracting)

Before bidding please provide:
1. Two live production web platforms you personally built
2. Relevant GitHub/code samples showcasing your expertise
3. Your exact daily availability for the next 10 days
4. Your location/time zone alignment with Eastern Time overlap requirements
5. Confirmation of experience inheriting & completing existing codebases
6. Your fixed price within $2,500–$4,000 budget range
7. Written confirmation that you—not an agency or subcontractor—will perform all work.
