🔑 About The Job
This is a highly impactful role where you'll own all UK cost centre reporting, the UK OPEX forecast, and the Group headcount forecast, ensuring data integrity between the GL and our internal model, partnering closely with central function leaders including C-Level stakeholders.
You'll also help build what comes next as we evolve our internal reporting and analysis while getting hands-on with NSPB (Netsuite) and AI tools to work faster and smarter. It's a broad, high-impact role with genuine room to grow as the business scales.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Own production of Group cost centre reporting on a monthly basis

Own the consolidation of the non-headcount OPEX forecast for the UK

Finance Business Partner to all central UK functions

Learn and leverage Netsuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) and AI tools

Keep the Group headcount forecast updated on a monthly basis

Ensure data integrity between the GL and our internal reports and forecasts (including actualising the central forecast model)

Partner with the Accounting team to help improve alignment and visibility of UK OPEX

Support on keeping the Group financial model up to date

Help to evolve reporting and insight (CFO dashboards, automate board packs, monthly flashes/red flag mechanisms for example)

Contribute to the evolution of the finance function as the business scales

🤩 About You
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA ideally) with at least 6 years’ experience in industry within FP&A or business partnering roles

Proven experience working in high-growth, consumer-facing businesses

Experience with Netsuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) is advantageous

Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and confidently provide challenge, with clear examples of having done so

Comfortable adapting quickly, getting hands-on and thriving in a fast-paced environment

Pragmatic, highly detail-oriented and confident challenging stakeholders in the best interests of the business
