Lead the strategic build-up and expansion of Kardex Mlog’s business in the USA
Drive market entry, revenue growth, and overall business performance
Define and execute the sales and business development strategy
Develop and manage key customer and strategic partner relationships
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing US organization
Oversee complex customer projects and commercial negotiations
Foster collaboration across the global Kardex organization
Represent Kardex Mlog in the market and with executive stakeholders
Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to global business strategy
Your profile
Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a comparable qualification
5+ years of leadership experience in intralogistics, automation, or a related industry
Strong industry network and proven track record in business development and complex sales
Demonstrated success in driving growth and closing strategic customer projects
Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
Strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
Strong customer focus, negotiation skills, and executive stakeholder management capabilities
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Willing to travel internationally
