Senior Business Development Headhunt in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced freelance executive recruiter / headhunter to conduct a confidential search for a senior Business Development leadership position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is not a job-posting or CV collection assignment. We require proactive headhunting and direct outreach to relevant senior professionals currently based in Saudi Arabia.

Target Candidate Profile

Candidates should ideally have:

* 15–20 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Strategy, Real Estate Investment, or related areas.
* Strong experience within Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investment, or Construction.
* Proven experience in deal origination, land acquisitions, development partnerships, joint ventures, and investment opportunities.
* Strong track record of closing high-value real estate deals and generating revenue.
* Experience dealing with investors, landowners, developers, government entities, banks, real estate funds, and institutional investors.
* Strong capabilities in commercial negotiations, investment analysis, financial modeling, valuation, feasibility studies, and business case development.
* Previous experience leading a Business Development team.
* Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market.
* Excellent English communication skills.

Candidate Location & Nationality

* Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
* All nationalities are welcome, including Saudi and non-Saudi candidates.
* Candidates should have strong and relevant experience within the Saudi market.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be expected to:

1. Conduct targeted market mapping and executive search within Saudi Arabia.
2. Identify suitable senior-level candidates from relevant real estate developers, investment companies, major contractors, and related organizations.
3. Directly approach/headhunt candidates rather than relying only on job advertisements.
4. Conduct an initial screening to confirm experience, current position, interest, salary expectations, notice period/availability, and location.
5. Submit a shortlist of 8–12 genuinely qualified and interested candidates.
6. Provide each shortlisted candidate’s:
* Updated CV
* Current job title and company
* Nationality
* Current location
* Current/expected compensation
* Notice period / availability
* Brief screening notes explaining suitability

The hiring company’s identity must not be disclosed to candidates or third parties without prior approval.

Full company details will only be shared with the selected freelancer after engagement.

Freelancer Requirements

Please apply only if you have:

* Proven experience in executive search / headhunting.
* Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian talent market.
* Experience sourcing Director / Head / senior leadership profiles.
* Strong LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, networking, and direct outreach capabilities.
* Preferably previous recruitment experience within Real Estate, Investment, Development, or Construction.
