Senior AI-Native Senior Developer for Ongoing Support

We are looking for a senior, AI-native developer to support and maintain several existing platforms on an ongoing basis.

Being AI-native is a core requirement for this role. We expect AI to be embedded into the development workflow wherever it meaningfully improves speed, quality, testing, monitoring, debugging, documentation, and maintenance. The goal is not simply to use AI occasionally, but to work in an AI-first way while maintaining strong engineering judgment and accountability.

* Come2Holiday.com
* UTM tracking dashboard
* Monitoring dashboard
* Two PowerTranz payment-link systems
* Online booking flows used across the three main websites

The work is primarily focused on platform reliability, integrations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and occasional development.

Typical responsibilities include:

* Verifying that payment links work correctly and that receipt emails are received after successful payments
* Testing online booking flows and confirming that booking receipts and confirmation emails are delivered
* Ensuring property availability and inventory remain accurate
* Monitoring integrations and identifying or resolving failures
* Creating and configuring owner accounts when new properties are onboarded
* Troubleshooting technical issues across the platforms
* Performing routine maintenance and website edits
* Implementing smaller features and technical improvements when required
* Building or improving automated tests, monitoring, alerts, and operational workflows
* Using AI tools as part of the standard workflow for coding, debugging, code review, documentation, testing, investigation, and repetitive technical tasks
* Identifying opportunities where existing manual workflows can be improved or automated using AI

We are specifically looking for someone who does not work with AI as an afterthought. Every workflow should be evaluated for where AI, automation, or agents can reduce manual work, improve reliability, or accelerate execution.

At the same time, we expect strong technical fundamentals. AI should increase the developer’s leverage, not replace proper understanding, engineering judgment, testing, or ownership.

This is not a fixed full-time position. There will be work every month, but the workload will vary depending on current projects, maintenance needs, and technical issues.

Compensation will therefore be on an hourly basis.

The ideal person is senior enough to work independently, understand existing systems quickly, diagnose problems properly, proactively improve the technical environment, and take ownership of tasks without requiring detailed step-by-step instructions.
