Senior AI Blockchain Lead Developer

I’m looking for a seasoned engineer who can take full ownership of our AI-driven blockchain initiatives and guide a cross-functional team from concept to production. Day to day, you will architect and code scalable smart-contract systems, integrate AI models that enhance trading strategies, and make sure every release is secure, gas-efficient, and ready for real-world volume.

You’ll work hands-on in Solidity, Rust, Go, Python, and the usual web3 stack—Hardhat, Foundry, web3.js, ethers.js—as well as AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch when we layer machine-learning components on-chain or in supporting micro-services. Whether the solution calls for Ethereum, Layer-2 rollups, Polkadot parachains, or a Hyperledger consortium network, you’ll decide on the best fit, document the trade-offs, and lead implementation.

Core deliverables I’ll hold you accountable for:
• A production-ready blockchain architecture diagram with security considerations clearly marked
• Audited smart-contract code and deployment scripts with full test coverage
• A lightweight dApp or API gateway that surfaces key functionality to internal traders and external partners
• Post-launch monitoring dashboards and a knowledge base that sets the standard for future teams

Acceptance criteria: contracts pass static analysis and third-party audit, main-net deployments settle without re-entrancy or overflow issues, AI modules meet the performance benchmarks we’ll define together, and documentation enables another senior engineer to take over with minimal ramp-up.
