Sendiee Workflow Automation Specialist

I need an experienced automation pro to build a complete onboarding flow inside Sendiee. The goal is simple: when a new user signs up, everything that normally takes me hours should now happen instantly and without errors.

Here’s what the engagement looks like:

• Map the current onboarding sequence step-by-step, then recreate it inside Sendiee using the platform’s triggers, conditional logic and message scheduler.
• Configure all messages, tasks and data hand-offs so the user receives the right information at the right time, and our team is notified only when human input is truly required.
• Test each branch thoroughly, fix edge-cases, and document the setup so anyone on my team can maintain or extend it later.

Acceptance criteria
• A new test user moves from sign-up to “fully onboarded” with zero manual intervention.
• All automated messages send from Sendiee on schedule and with correct personalisation fields.
• A short PDF or shared doc describes the workflow, key settings and any API keys or webhooks used.

Our priority is Sendiee, but if you’ve connected workflows to Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 or Slack before, that versatility will come in handy as we scale.
