Sell-Side Repo Execution Dealer

I need candidate with in depth experience for Sell / buy-back repurchase deal, trade or transaction. Candidate must have in-depth execution experience in term sheet language, hedge give-up, box trade, carry trades pre-trade execution for master & sub accounts. Strategic experience for hedge give-up, derivative give-up, bespoke or plain vanilla master (repo) repurchase agreement, bespoke or plain vanilla master netting agreement, and SLA agrmt and box trade vs master netting agreement if either is a good hedge strategy

I need an experienced execution dealer with a true sell-side mindset to take charge of the day-to-day execution of my sell/buy-back repo flow. The focus is exclusively on executing immediate or current large trade, so you should already be comfortable hitting the market, lifting offers and working bids in real time without hand-holding.

All orders will centre on derivatives—specifically notional contracts, forwards and repos. You will receive trading instructions, size, limits and timing windows; your job is to obtain the best achievable price, book the fill, and report back immediately.

Tools such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb or similar dealer platforms should already be second nature to you, and you must understand the settlement mechanics unique to repo and buy-back structures so nothing falls through the cracks at T+0/1.

Deliverables
• Real-time execution of submitted orders within the instructed parameters
• End-of-day blotter and fill confirmations (format provided)
• Rapid escalation if market liquidity prevents a full fill within the window

If you have solid sell-side execution experience and can demonstrate a clean track record of accuracy under time pressure, I’m ready to move quickly.
