Selective PDF-to-Word Conversion

I need the text from a PDF pulled into a Word document, but only the pages that hold the important text content. Everything else can be left out. I’m not worried about matching the original layout—plain, neatly paragraphed text is all that’s required.

Feel free to use any reliable tool—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or a comparable converter—as long as the final document is accurate and clean.
