Security Site Map & Camera Placement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced security consultant or a security system designer to review a multifamily residential property and create a security site map identifying points of access and recommended locations for security cameras.
The goal is to identify vulnerable access points, improve camera coverage, reduce blind spots, and help us determine the most effective locations for existing and/or additional security cameras. (most of the cameras will be removable and able to be placed elsewhere as vacant units become vulnerable)

Scope of Work:
The selected contractor will:
Review property site plans, aerial images, photos, and other information we provide.
Identify and map all major points of access, including:
Vehicle entrances and exits
Pedestrian entrances
Parking areas
Walkways and common areas
Other potential access or vulnerable points
Identify blind spots and areas with inadequate surveillance coverage.
Recommend strategic locations for security cameras.
Consider camera positioning and fields of view to maximize useful coverage while minimizing unnecessary overlap.

Create a clear, easy-to-understand security site map showing:
Access points
Existing cameras, if applicable
Recommended camera locations
Approximate camera viewing direction/coverage
High-priority or vulnerable areas
