About Us
OnyeSync is a healthcare interoperability and radiology image-sharing platform helping imaging centers and referring providers share patient data seamlessly. We're pre-revenue, building fast, and looking for our first SDR to help convert our MVP into real customer traction.
About the Role
We're looking for a driven, resourceful SDR to own outbound efforts and move prospective imaging centers and referring providers from first contact to signed pilots. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on aggressive targets, tight timelines, and ambiguity — not someone who needs a playbook handed to them.
What You'll Do
Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with imaging centers and referring provider practices
Own your pipeline end-to-end in our CRM — tracking, follow-up, and reporting
Hit aggressive, clearly defined targets on an aggressive timeline
Communicate daily and asynchronously with the team via Slack — clear, concise, no hand-holding needed
Juggle multiple outreach campaigns and deliverables at once without dropping the ball on deadlines
What We're Looking For
Comfort working inside a CRM to manage and report on a pipeline
A track record (or clear evidence) of owning and hitting aggressive targets under time pressure
Strong, clear written and verbal communicator — Slack experience a plus
Strong multi-tasking and project-management instincts; you deliver on time, every time
Healthcare, health-tech, or B2B SaaS sales background a plus, not required
Comfortable in an early-stage, pre-revenue startup environment
