Screenplay Retype & Proofread Needed

I have a locked-down, 162-page screenplay sitting in PDF form. I need it retyped into an editable document and, at the same time, given a meticulous sweep for punctuation and grammar issues. No outside style guide is required—simply mirror the conventions already living on the page so the voice and rhythm stay intact.

Your task is straightforward:
• Retype the entire script, preserving existing screenplay layout, scene headings, dialogue blocks and spacing.
• Correct every comma, period, dash, apostrophe and capitalization slip you encounter, along with any obvious grammar errors, while leaving wording and story untouched.

Please return two files: a clean, ready-to-use master copy and, if you work with tracked changes or comments, a marked-up version showing what you fixed. Any common screenplay-friendly format is fine (Word, Final Draft, or similar) as long as I can edit it easily.
