Screen Recorder for Tech Tutorial Videos

We are a growing digital content team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented screen recorder to produce simple 2 minute "How-To" tutorial videos. This is a long-term, stable position with consistent weekly work.
You will not need to do creative video editing, add effects, or show your face. Your job is to record your screen, and provide clean, well-paced voice narration.
What You’ll Do

- You will receive a daily list of tutorial topics and the required keywords.
- Record a simple, clear tutorial showing each step on screen, while explaining what you are doing as you go.
- Tutorials may be recorded on PC or mobile, depending on the topic.
- At first, each step should be recorded carefully and clearly. Once you become familiar with the process, most tutorials should be completed in one continuous recording.
- The goal is to create straightforward, easy-to-follow tutorials without unnecessary editing or complicated production.
- Once the recording is complete, upload the finished video to the shared Google Drive folder.
Volume: Approximately 20–30 short videos per week (roughly 4–6 videos per day, 5 days a week). Each video takes 3–5 minutes to record once you learn the workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English pronunciation and fluency. You must sound natural and clear, not robotic or monotone.
- Tech-comfortable. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable navigating software, browsers, and settings without getting lost.
- Attention to detail. Mouse clicks must match the narration. Small errors matter.
- Reliable equipment. A PC/laptop that can run OBS and CapCut smoothly, plus a decent microphone (built-in is fine if the room is quiet).
- Stable internet for uploading daily video batches.
- Punctual and communicative. If you’re going to miss a deadline, we expect a heads-up.
Compensation & Bonuses

Component Amount
Weekly Base Pay 60 USD (for completing the standard 20–30 video quota)
Quality Bonus +10/week — zero audio sync errors, clean cuts, correct mouse clicks
Speed Bonus +10/week — consistently delivers 24+ videos with no delays
Attitude Bonus +10/week — proactive communication, follows SOPs perfectly, suggests improvements

Total potential earnings: 90/week for a part-time, flexible, long-term role.

Payments are sent every Friday via PayPal or Wise.
