Scientific Data Analysis Project -- 2

I have a collection of raw scientific data that now needs a thoughtful, end-to-end analysis. The focus is purely analytical—I am not looking for basic entry work or pretty dashboards unless they directly support the final interpretation.

Your job will be to explore the dataset, clean anything that could bias results, run the appropriate statistical tests or modelling techniques, and translate the findings into clear conclusions I can act on. If visualisations help tell the story, include them, but insights come first. I am comfortable with you using Python (Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn), R, MATLAB, or any other standard scientific stack, so feel free to work in the environment that lets you move fastest while maintaining reproducibility.

Please outline briefly:
• the methods or tests you expect to apply,
• the software you intend to use,
• how you will document code and results for easy verification.

A concise report (PDF or Jupyter/HTML) plus well-commented code will be the acceptance criteria. Let me know if you need a sample of the data before we begin.
