Scanned Table Text Entry

I have a series of tables that were printed, then later scanned into image-based PDFs. Every cell in these tables contains only text, but instead of the usual row-and-column layout the information has been laid out as compact paragraphs inside each cell. I need that text transcribed accurately into an editable digital format.

Here’s what I’m after: open each scanned page, read the paragraph-style text inside the table cells, and re-type it exactly as shown—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the original. No numerical data is involved. I simply need clean, searchable text.

You can deliver the work in a Word document or a Google Doc—whichever you prefer—as long as each paragraph clearly corresponds to its original table cell so nothing is lost in translation.

If you have solid experience with OCR cleanup or meticulous manual typing from scanned sources and can guarantee accuracy, this will be a quick, straightforward task.
