I have a batch of scanned PDF forms that contain typed—but non-selectable—contact information such as names, full postal addresses, phone numbers and e-mail details. Because the text cannot be copied directly, every field needs to be keyed in manually with great care to preserve spelling, capitalization and line breaks exactly as shown on the original form.

Your task is to pull each piece of contact data off the PDFs and place it into a clean, structured file. I’m flexible on format: Excel, Google Sheets or a well-formatted CSV all work, as long as each form ends up on its own row with consistent columns for name, street, city, state, postcode, telephone, e-mail and any other clearly labelled contact fields you spot.

Accuracy matters more than speed; I will spot-check entries against the source scans before signing off. Please plan on:

• Carefully reading the typed text on every scanned form
• Transcribing it verbatim, including accents, punctuation and line breaks where relevant
• Flagging anything that is illegible or unclear so I can review it

If you have questions about a particular field layout or need a template before you begin, let me know and I’ll provide one.
