Scan-to-Spreadsheet Data Entry

I have a batch of clear, single-language scanned documents that need to be transcribed into a spreadsheet template I’ll share with you at the start of the project. Each scan contains text only—no numeric fields—so accuracy in spelling, capitalization, and spacing is critical.

You’ll receive the scans as PDFs (or high-resolution JPEGs if you prefer) and a sample row that shows exactly how the information should appear once entered. Please keep the original order of the documents and double-check for typos or dropped words before submitting.

Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet populated with every record from the scans
• Brief log noting any illegible sections or missing data
