I’m looking to urgently hire an experienced Shopify Dropshipping Store & Growth Expert to take ownership of a new USA-focused store and manage its growth on a long-term basis.

The scope will include winning product research, product sourcing, Shopify store optimization, product page improvement, pricing strategy, SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, UGC coordination, conversion optimization, upselling, inventory monitoring, and overall sales growth**.

The selected person should be able to manage and optimize campaigns across **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Shopping, and other relevant channels**, while closely monitoring key KPIs such as **CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, and overall profitability**.

I will cover all approved **marketing and advertising expenses**. The initial arrangement can be based on a **mutually agreed percentage/performance model**, with the possibility of moving to a **fixed monthly salary + performance incentives** as the business grows.
