Scale 1:50 CAD Facades

This project is for planning application of windows replacement of one flat in a building. I have three already-sketched facades and I need them redrawn precisely in CAD at 1 : 50 on an A1 sheet. There will be 4 pages made: 1) for existing elevations from outside, 2) proposed elevations from outside, 3) existing floor plan, 4) proposed floor plan. I have examples from another flat in the same building that can help with visual aspects.

Please export the finished drawing as a high-resolution PDF; you may keep your own working file in any format, but the PDF must plot true to scale when opened or printed at 100 %. I do not have a custom layer standard, so you can work with your typical template as long as it stays tidy and logical. The only annotation I require on the drawings is simple window numbering. In addition, the cadastral plan that I will provide, as well as the name of the project need to be added.

Once agreed I will provide all the details. For the moment I am providing a sample to give an idea

Deliverable:
• Four A1-sized, 1 : 50 PDF; two showing the three facades with each window clearly numbered; two showing the floor plan with each window clearly numbered.
