Scalable ERP Development & Deployment

I’m moving General Seeta Company onto a single, modular ERP that employees can open from any browser or mobile device. The core platform is already planned around a centralized database, clear role-based permissions, and a clean, intuitive UI—now I need someone to turn that plan into a working system.

Scope of work
• Build two production-ready modules:
– Financial Management featuring Accounts Payable & Receivable plus robust Financial Reporting
– Inventory Management covering Stock Tracking, Order Management, and Supplier Management
• Ensure each screen respects the role matrix so users see only what their permissions allow.
• Optimise the codebase for easy scaling as new business units come online.
• Deliver a responsive front-end so field teams on phones and office staff on desktops share the same experience.

Acceptance criteria
1. All listed features operate end-to-end in a test environment using sample company data.
2. Role restrictions prevent unauthorised access to financial or inventory records.
3. Dashboards and reports export cleanly to PDF and Excel.
4. Stock transactions, purchase orders, and supplier data sync in real time with no data loss after stress testing.
5. Clear developer notes and user documentation are supplied so my in-house team can maintain and extend the system.
