I already have a complete set of architectural plans for a new-construction commercial building, but the county will not accept them because they were prepared for another building . I need those same drawings meticulously recreated under an active South Carolina Architecture licence so I can file for permit without delays. Also MEP stamp South Carolina.

The assignment is replication, not redesign: every sheet, dimension, note, schedule and detail must match the originals unless a change is required to satisfy South Carolina code or your professional judgement. I will supply the existing PDFs, CAD files, site survey and specifications as your starting point.

If you also hold South Carolina MEP licences, let me know—the project will ultimately require a coordinated package and having one professional who can seal the full set would streamline the process.

Deliverables
• Editable CAD (or Revit) files of the replicated architectural set
• Stamped and signed PDF sheets formatted for South Carolina’s e-permit system

Accuracy, code compliance and quick turnaround are critical. When you reply, please confirm your SC licence numbers and share one recent, stamped permit set so I can verify formatting. Looking forward to working together to get this project approved on the first submission.
