Satta Matka Android App Development

I need a complete, production-ready Satta Matka solution focused on Android. I already have the full UI/UX guidelines, colour palette, and screen mock-ups, so you can jump straight into coding without waiting for design approvals.

Scope
• Android player app – clean onboarding, secure wallet handling, game play screens, real-time result update, bet history, notifications, and basic KYC prompts.
• Web-based admin panel – create / edit games, push winning numbers, manage user accounts, review transactions, and pull reports. A lightweight framework such as Laravel, Node.js, or Django is fine as long as it is stable and well documented.
• Download landing page – simple responsive page that hosts the APK, shows privacy / T&C, and tracks basic analytics.

Tech expectations
Android Studio with Kotlin (or Java if you have a compelling reason), REST or WebSocket for live data, any robust SQL/NoSQL backend you are comfortable maintaining, and solid security practices for user data and payment flow.

Deliverables
1. Compiled APK ready for Play-store compliant release
2. Source code with clear comments and build instructions
3. Deployed admin panel and landing page on my server (SSH access provided)
4. One-time data seeding and a walkthrough video showing key admin functions

Acceptance criteria will be the smooth placement and settlement of a test bet, instant number update from the admin panel to all connected devices, and passing an internal security review.
