SAP Joule Initial Activation Setup

I need someone who has already walked through the very first-time configuration of SAP Joule and can replicate that process for my team. The goal is simple: get our consultants into the system and ready to work. Right now we do not yet hold any Joule licenses, so I’ll need guidance on exactly which licences to procure, how to assign them, and how to trigger SAP’s provisioning workflow.

Once the tenant is live, I want a clean, one-off setup: create the admin account, connect a user directory, apply the default roles, and verify that at least one consultant can sign in and reach the home screen. I am not asking for time-tracking, project-management, or resource-allocation features yet—just the base activation that lets us move forward.

Deliverables
• Confirmed licence requirements and purchase steps
• Activated Joule tenant with admin credentials handed over securely
• User-role mapping completed for our first consultant group
• Short handover document (or recorded walkthrough) so we can repeat the process internally if needed
